- Living Well with Chronic Conditions – A free, self-management workshop provided by UT Extension, in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Health, that’s designed to help participants suffering from chronic health problems, such as, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, chronic bronchitis, high blood pressure or other chronic diseases take control of their life.
