5th Grade 4-H Club Information
Club meeting dates are posted on the 4-H calendar and reminders will be posted on our Facebook page. Below is a list of the monthly activities that 5th grade 4-Hers will have a chance to participate in. Click on the links below to to see a copy of the informational sheets handed out at school.

Junior 4-H Recognition
Outstanding Junior 4-H members will receive a 4-H medallion in recognition of their accomplishment. To earn the award you must: √ Complete four (4) 4-H activities in your classroom √ Complete six (6) of the Junior 4-H Project Activities Outstanding 4-H Junior Clubs will be chosen at the end of the school year based on total club participation and cooperation by all of its members. All 5th grade clubs in the county will be considered for this award. Each Outstanding Junior Club will be awarded a plaque. Awards will be presented during the school’s Honor Day or 4-H Awards Day at the end of the school year.
Junior 4-H Activity Sheets
Follow the links below to view the activity sheets related to each of the 4-H projects. Once you have completed the activity sheets related to six different projects, staple the activity sheets together or put them in a folder and turn them in at a 4-H meeting. Don’t forget to put your name and your teacher’s name on the sheets before you turn them in to your 4-H leader.
